Digital Equity Ecosystem Map and directory [2]
State resource directory for device access, Wi-Fi, digital skills and related support.
HAWAII · INTERNET RESEARCH
Hawaiʻi’s Broadband Office at the Department of Accounting and General Services publishes resources that address both internet infrastructure and the skills and devices needed to use a connection. Its Digital Equity Ecosystem Map page includes a directory of organizations offering computer access, Wi-Fi, training and related support. The separate Hawaiʻi Digital Equity Plan describes barriers and an island-wide roadmap. These community resources are useful when the issue is access to a device or technical help rather than a new line. Check household broadband availability with the relevant provider independently.
Local source: DAGS — Hawaiʻi Broadband Office [1]. This is an independent research guide. State offices and provider networks operate separately from Tarheel Connect.
Start with the source's date and status definitions. Map coverage, planned work, funding and current service are different questions.

Published state plan addressing connectivity, devices and digital-literacy barriers across the islands.
The Broadband Office’s Digital Equity Ecosystem Map page lists organizations offering Wi-Fi, computer use, devices and digital literacy training. Contact an organization directly to check its current services, location and participation requirements.
The ecosystem page is organized around community resources and support organizations. For household network research, use the office’s separate broadband service-map links and ask the provider to check the full address; a resource directory is a different tool.
Enter the complete address and unit on the FCC National Broadband Map [4], note the record's date and connection type, and check the same property with the provider. Confirm an orderable plan, current Broadband Facts label and installation options before changing service.
These primary sources support the state-specific answers above. Source dates and project definitions should be checked before relying on a map or announcement. No household coverage percentage, retail price or installation promise is inferred.
Call with your street address. We’ll talk through your options. The provider confirms availability and final terms. Calling does not place an order or book installation.
