What if the new home is missing from address records?

Use the unlisted-address checklist to separate the FCC location record from the provider’s retail address review. Keep the builder’s final address, case reference and response date privately. Do not substitute a neighboring home or infer activation from visible utility equipment.

Which evidence answers which question?

Use different evidence for different stages. A project award explains funding; a construction update describes work; an address result identifies a retail product; an accepted order and appointment establish the next service step. Keep the source and check date with each result so later changes remain visible.
